After my baby, I was not compromising on any mattress. Mattresses off-gas chemicals, and Naturepedic is one of three safe options out there. Love them.

Daylight Computer is the product that I cannot stop raving about. Their screens do not have any blue light or flicker, which means no eye strain. The best part is that their lighting lets me use them outside in the sun.

Deuterium is the molecule you may have never heard of but has a massive health impact on us. There are many benefits to deueterium depleted water, including good mitochondrial health, and potential cancer protection.

I wear this 10lb vest almost everyday when I'm not carrying my baby. Such an easy way to get some extra resistance while walking! Load bearing helps with bones as well.

No matter how often I cold plunge, I'm always scared to first jump in, and then exhilarated when I come out! Plunge is an affordable, incredible option, with no complaints.

Mastic gum from Greece. And helps with gut, mouth health and reducing deuterium. I've been trying it.

Happsy is more cost-effective than Naturepedic and we have one of these in our house too! So good.

I recommend everything from Pact. Their materials are soft, they make no compromises on toxicity (all organic cotton), and they're not pricey!

These are the only non-toxic curtains I can find! All others can off-gas chemicals especially when exposed to sunlight from windows.

Theragun is on my list of most gifted gifts. I practically cannot live without it. I use it almost every day before going to bed. It relaxes my muscles, helps give my muscles a much-needed massage, and comforts me into sleep.

We're so used to using our laptops on our lap—after all, it's in the name of the product—but we don't realize we're subjecting our laps to harmful EM radiation. Using this DefenderShield Laptop EMF Pad protects us from some of this radiation.

Babies are more sensitive to EM fields than adults because they don't yet have the protective melanin covering in their brains. When you're pregnant, wearing this belly armor is a good idea, especially when you're traveling on planes.

AirDoctor has great standards. One of the highest quality air filters out there. Breathing clean air while sleeping is essential.

High Co2 indoors makes you dumber and disrupts sleep. Using a monitor helps you know what the levels are and open your windows accordingly.

About 75% of our body weight is water. You will be disappointed to learn that most tap water contains chemicals that are not good for health. Reverse osmosis is the best way to filter out these harmful chemicals, and Waterdrop is the best bang for your buck!

These are the only lights in my house post sunset! No blue LEDs. Been a game-changer for sleep. Read more: https://www.livelongerworld.com/p/redlights

I was surprised to learn that most underwear is made of synthetic materials that can irritate sensitive skin. Nads uses 100% organic cotton. My husband wears these everyday.

I recommend everything from Pact. Their materials are soft, they make no compromises on toxicity (all organic cotton), and they're not pricey!

Socks that don't tear and wool. Interestingly, you don't definitely don't want polyester socks and underwear. The sweat on the soles of your feet can absorb plastic so please go for natural materials.

This is great for reducing screen brightness without adding flicker to the screen. Your screen flickers which stresses your nervous system out and Iris mitigates it.

While non-stick coatings were a great invention in terms of convenience, they can have some of the highest PFAS levels. When you cook and subject the pans to heat, the PFAS can get into your food. Stainless steel from All-Clad is my go-to.
