I was surprised to learn that most underwear is made of synthetic materials that can irritate sensitive skin. Nads uses 100% organic cotton. My husband wears these everyday.

Socks that don't tear and wool. Interestingly, you don't definitely don't want polyester socks and underwear. The sweat on the soles of your feet can absorb plastic so please go for natural materials.
