Lighting & EMF

My family loves these! They block blue differently based on time of day and is so soothing to the eyes. I actually have the 4-in-1 where it allows some UV light to come in cause that's so key.

Daylight Computer is the product that I cannot stop raving about. Their screens do not have any blue light or flicker, which means no eye strain. The best part is that their lighting lets me use them outside in the sun.

These are great for the home! Ditch your LED bulbs and switch to circadian lighting. Full spectrum by day and no blue at night. More on why LEDs are bad: https://www.livelongerworld.com/p/mmooreede

I like Chroma's circadian lamps for the office desk. They are precisely engineered to stimulate our circadian clocks. They also have an infrared lamp which is great.

They make great UV and infrared devices.

Very cool app to track sunlight and light exposure!

This is great for reducing screen brightness without adding flicker to the screen. Your screen flickers which stresses your nervous system out and Iris mitigates it.

Please do not hold your phone in your pant pockets (for men) and next to your breasts (for women). EM radiation from phones is linked to cancer and other harmful diseases. A phone pouch like this is extremely helpful.

Babies are more sensitive to EM fields than adults because they don't yet have the protective melanin covering in their brains. When you're pregnant, wearing this belly armor is a good idea, especially when you're traveling on planes.

This GQ EMF meter helped me detect which parts of my house had high EMF radiation and enabled me to decide how to protect myself from some of these signals. It's eye opening to see how much EM radiation we are exposed to!

We are constantly exposed to blue light from our screens all day. This is unlike how our ancestors used to live. Occushield helps block off some of this blue light from screens, and I use it during the day and night.

I had no idea until recently that Himalayan salt lamps can mitigate some of the EM signals from our computer devices. I place them on the desk for them to absorb this EM radiation.

I use these gloves occasionally when I'm at devices for long stretches. Often, I will go for long walks with my baby with my phone in hand. These gloves are perfect for blocking some of the EM radiation.

Some of the research linking electromagnetic and Wi-Fi signals to sleep will leave you disturbed. While it's impossible to completely block off Wi-Fi in today's age, this Wi-Fi cover helps dial back signal strength near bedrooms.

I had no idea until recently that candles can add significant levels of indoor air pollution. Beeswax candles are different, and these are a great substitute for nighttime when you want dim lights.

We will soon realize how LEDs are the junk food of the 21st century. LEDs are rich in blue-spectrum light, which signals to your body to wake up. At night, use red incandescent bulbs to help you wind down.

I've been playing around with testing different lights using this.
